Recently came in to trade-in my Subaru Forester for a new Kia Sportage and I am beyond happy. This car has tech I have never seen before. Hammad in finance is the man! This review is based on seven interactions, on seven different days, with the service department at 427 Kia in October and November 2025. I’ve been a long-time customer and had no major issues prior to this experience. In short: repeated delays, poor/no follow-up, and a lack of honest communication, primarily from one service representative, made this an extremely frustrating experience. It started in October. I recently purchased a 2026 Kia K4 LX Hatchback and it looks and drives amazing. The tech is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Tariq and Hammad were very helpful with any questions about the car, warranty, and financing. I'm sure I'll enjoy this car for many years!
If I could give 6 stars, I would! I was referred to 427/QEW Kia by a friend and couldn't be happier with my experience there. Hamza was very personable and made the experience fun and engaging. Irfan is a master with finance and helped me with the numbers to put me in my dream vehicle. Upon pickup, Ratul showed me the features of the car and helped set up the Kia Connect.
