It was my first experience and I have really mixed feelings. The customer service is good, everybody's nice and treats you with respect (I've been dealing with Ratul and Hammad). They have a customer lounge with a great choice of tea and coffee. Ratul helped me to find a car I liked despite me being quite picky. The pick up was scheduled in a week - reasonable enough as the car required some work. Thw worst experience ive had worh a dealership. I ordered a brand new car woth them (Malcolm to be exact). Took delivery a few weeks later and the car broke down on the very first day, no worries the assistance took car of towing the cat back to the dealership where i bought it and what a mistake it was. They started dodging my calls, emails and texts, they never gave me a loaner.
