We happily bought a new KIA after reviewing all our car options but at 6 months the breaker fluid leaked out (scary ) after going in for an oil change and we have to get it serviced - earliest appt is in 3 days. Disappointed! And it's not under warranty. Didn't expect problems this soon.
Absolute joke of a dealership. Dealt with the so called GM Amit who is a joke and had to also deal with there service manager Steve who looked like he just left the bar and was all over the place. I get that it’s a Kia dealership Steve, but you need to get your act together bud. Such an embarrassment

I waited 10 months for my Kia Sorento Hybrid—nearly a year of anticipation and commitment. When the vehicle finally arrived, the dealership refused to honor the price and financing terms we had originally agreed upon. Instead, they raised the interest rate to 6.49% ang my discount disappeared, citing “market changes” as the reason.
