The entrance was clearly marked "For Customers Only," yet we, as customers, still received a parking ticket. When we called customer service, they told us that even customers had to pay for parking! However, we didn't see any such signs at the site, and the charge of $35 every half hour is completely unreasonable! It's outrageous! They're leeching off us! We will never park in their parking spaces again!
Accidentally paid the wrong rate. A $2 difference and got fined a $100. Called to dispute or reduce the amount and they were unwilling to help. Didn't even fine the people who parked near me that didn't pay for parking at all.
Impark is the worst parking company I've ever seen, I went to lunch with my friend, we both arrived at the same time, she stopped next to me because we didn't see their sigh can’t over 90 minutes, I got a ticket, my friend didn't because I was driving Landrover, my friend drive a toyoka, When I called the customer service center to asked them whether they choose the value of the car when issuing tickets? they couldn't give me a reason and hung up on me before I could finish my talking. Negative stars if I could tbh, bought a 3 month parking pass for school (for $500) which was fine, BUT THEN the engine in my car blew a week later because I’m a poor student who can’t afford a running car. So that was fine I was like, I’ll change the plates on the parking pass. I talked to customer service for an hour, only for them to tell me I can cancel it but won’t get a refund and they can’t change the plate on it and called me stupid?
