If I could give a negative rating, I would. My family had scheduled a trip to Charleston and reserved a location through this company, but we had to cancel. We tried to cancel as soon as we knew we were not going to be able to travel, but it was within their '60 days from check-in policy' and stated that we need to either use the property as scheduled or make an insurance claim. BTW, the insurance claim does not cost them a cent, they still keep your money and then can reschedule someone else in the location on those dates..... read more

As a property owner, I'd fire iTrip in a heartbeat. When traveling, I'll stay at a hotel before using iTrip. Planning a small wedding and a buddy suggested I use his lake house. It's a fun place and equipped to handle 15-17 overnight guests. He asked that we book it through iTrip, the company he uses to handle payment and bookings. Sure, no problem. We rented an air bnb in Pensacola, FL from Itrip. The living room furniture was completely unusable so we couldn’t sit in the living room. Because of this, we left a week early. Itrip neither tried to solve the issue nor offered a partial refund. So we lost that money.

Very frustrated with customer service at I trip. Maintenance needed to come and needed a part. Did not come back after 2 hours. Called maintenance number. Expects customer to just let maintenance person have free access to condo. When asked for approximate time of return they acted like. ‘Too bad , take it or leave it’ . She said guy would call before return but I don’t believe it. We didn’t have air day before. Waited 8 hours for ac guy in 90 degree Florida weather. Terrible 1st 2 days of trip chained to condo.!

Horrible experience upon arrival. Had agreed with iTrip to set thermostat to 68 (otherwise it would have been set to 72 to 76). Upon arrival, thermostat and inside temperature was 78. Front entrance was littered by trash. Inside foyer had dead bug laying on the tile floor. Refrigerator had a good 1/2 inch of dust on top. Hair was protruding from one bathroom drain. The icing on the case was the dead lizard and trash behind the nightstand/headboard.
