Buyer be wary of Clayton homes! Homes built sub standard. 1.5 year double wide roof leaking from 422 builders and cosmetic defects from the factory. Go figure the run around after the warranty just expired after 1 year. Multiple times had to have 422 send a "handyman" to "bandaid" their mistakes.
