We purchased a lot model this year. We had looked at a few other manufactured home dealers, one that advertised help with the financing process and when we asked what steps to take to get started the salesman just said “idk, talk to a bank” 🤣 I even specifically asked if they recommended any in particular that they worked with often. UPDATED. After we moved in, we had an issue with the plumbing and woke up to a flooded house in Dec 22. They made us wait until Jan 2 before they came out to fix. God forbid we ruin their holiday. Also had an issue with the skirting blowing off numerous times because it was not secured. After I raised heck about it, I was informed they don't secure over a certain height. Also the electric on the one side would not work unless you turned the kitchen lights on. They guy fixed that when he fixed the plumbing. I'm still concerne... read more
