If I could give zero stars, I would. I parked my car in this garage for about half an hour and went back to pick it up. I was upset to see my car still in the same spot with the engine still on. What if I had left the car for longer? I spoke with the manager, but he ignored my complaint. Be aware of this place!

Don’t park here. Parked here 2 times now and they’ve attempted to scam me both times. The attendee has an attitude problem and will tell you not to talk over him because you’re a woman. I was given a faulty ticket the second time I parked, and when I brought it up to the attendee, he told me it didn’t matter- when I returned for pickup the next day, I was cussed out by a different attendee who told me I had scratched the ticket, even though it was a clear printer error.

$33.75 on a monday for 10:30am to 2:30pm paid with spothero smartphone app. The reef app on the signage did NOT list the location during previous visit. Another customer used parkwhiz previously but this visit did not list it. No oversized charge for a small suv volvo xc40. Below grade Walked up & down the entry ramp off 78th and ramp to York.
