Do not come for any service they offer, terrible staff, rude, unresponsive when you have question, always late to call you in within my schedule time. I have my invasalign on going even I hate going there, they told me 2k would be covered by my insurance and after 6 mos they told me that my insurance denied it. Now, I will pay more on top of my bills. Overall I can't say anything good about them. I go in S. Willow Manchester, Gentle Dental location.
Not knowing that the Saginaw office was in network I took the paperwork in as I had to in the past, Instead of letting me know they had made changes , I was charged out of network prices, overcharged $150.00 . The insurance agent has been poorly treated by the office and they don't seem to want to reimburse the overcharge. We are clients of southern ct dental (a member of 42 north) as orthodontist patients- 2 of my children. Started off fine but quickly one of my children was booted from the office because they no longer were taking our insurance- he was transferred as a new patient to another practice in the 42 north dental group. We've been through 3 orthodontist since within the 2 practices. If your local practice is bought out by this firm, run away. Terrible service and quality of work will happen. The same procedure billed to insurance at another dental office was $100 cheaper. I found this out after receiving botched restorations. Had to file grievances with my insurance company to have a second opinion done at another practice. This company is greed at its finest, taking advantage of patients and insurance companies.
