Finding a Mechanic you can trust is like finding Gold. Very rare but very valuable if you do. I Found this shop (Don) 4/5 years ago and as an Uber driver have had lots of opportunities to use 41st Auto. With my first Toyota Corolla and still go with my newer Toyota Corolla and would not go anywhere else. So many times he resolved issues for me without charging me. Another shop told me I needed over $8,000 worth of repairs, so I brought my car here for a second opinion. They went through every single repair I’d been told I needed, point by point, and explained why none of them were actually necessary. Then, after taking the time to look everything over, they didn’t even charge me for the inspection. They operate with a level of honesty and integrity I’ve never experienced before. Grateful to have found them.
I shopped around before booking this one. Called a few shops, priced out the dealership, and read up on what Toyota actually calls for at 150,000 km. Don at 41st Auto came in well under the dealer, and more importantly, he only did what the interval required — no upsell, no "while we're in there" list of extras.
