No aftersale service . Your a JOKE Dan i tried calling you multiple time and left voice mails for you to call me back but you never did . Not to mention your a liar ! When i negotiated with you for the purchase of my 2019 Forestriver mini lite you told me that stuff that i asked for would be done and it wasn't you even scheduled my delivery date on a day you did not work .
After reading all the reviews. I called them to have my travel trailer tire replace, I already bought my tire, they answer me back that the can't do my tire change because i didn't buy the tire there....they can't guaranty the work....I just bough my trailer and for sure i will have some maintenance to do on it, and I'm at 10 minutes from this store but I won't stop there...
Worse service I ever gotten. No help in any way Keep asking how much longer to transfer my things from one camper to another and it wasn't even close to the closing time They dont tell you anything about what the issues are when buying a used unit. There called back or replies to email is terrible unless you are interested in buying something. They promised me my new purchase of a used unit would be cleaned and test, and nothing was done, trailer was dirty, black tank still full, power jack not working, gas test not done has... read more
