Very, very pleased with the service received. Mirel, sales rep, was fantastic. No pressure, complete transparency. Very knowledgeable and kind hearted. Was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I felt like a part of their family from the first day i walked into 417 RV just to look around. Traded my 2024 tear drop trailer in for one a little bit larger, and cannot wait until next camping season. Thanks Paul on a great walk around and passing on some of your previous experiences. I'll definitely be back for the tow sway bar in the spring.
We purchased a trailer from 417 RV at the end of July, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. The salesman knew exactly what kind of trailer we wanted, and as soon as one came in on trade we bought it before it was even listed. When we picked it up, several lights weren’t working and there were children’s stickers all over the walls.
