I went to 417 Salon for full highlights and a layered haircut, and spent about 6 hours there. This review is not about the price — I fully expected to pay for good work. My issue is with the final result and the lack of honesty about what could or could not be done. Unfortunately, the highlights came out very unevenly. One side has a chunky, overly bright blonde section, while the other side looks darker and less blended.
