Had a metal roof installed in February of 2016, and they left one area a mess, screws, metal cuttings, roofing paper and nails. When we had my grandchildren come over from Az. we thought they had spilled water on the bed. When we had other visitors, the bed was wet again, and then we saw the ceiling had water coming in from the rain.
