Five stars honestly don’t feel like enough for the team at ACX 417! Having an accident is already upsetting, and dealing with insurance adds so much stress. Everyone made the repair process very easy from start to finish. Very happy with the results.
Service courtois, professionnel. Trs bien rpare ma Tesla 3. Je me suis sentie en confiance tout au long du processus. Merci ACX.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding my 2023 Hyundai Elantra. What was initially expected to be a 2–3 day repair turned into approximately one month, and the battery, which was working properly when I dropped off the vehicle, failed while it was in the garage’s possession. I am very dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled and am now escalating the matter to TD Client Care for further review and resolution.
Great experience from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and the workmanship was excellent. I also really appreciate how clean they leave the car when it’s finished — honestly, it’s usually much cleaner than when I dropped it off! 😆 Highly recommend their service. Great communication, quality work, and attention to detail.
