My wife and I have had a few experiences with Scott and his team, and they have always been positive. People who leave negative reviews are doing something wrong, or don't realize what they're getting into. These are USED motorhomes. Just like used cars, some can have problems, and a lot of people expect too much because they don't understand mechanics.
