Had a wonderful facial with Christine - so friendly, thorough, and professional with lots of extras like giving a hand and foot massage while your mask is working! The head massage at the end was the best as well as my skin being left silky smooth. Great price, and great products used, too! At a previous appointment, I also had a massage from Gerwin. Similarly thorough and professional. Just the right pressure and focused on just the right spots as I requested.
I had such an amazing massage! My friend bought me the Groupon for my birthday and you never know what to expect but I was so pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. He was so attentive and intuitive. I am a dance teacher and very in tune with my body and its mechanics and I could tell he was too. Everything from the pressure, area specific massage and my personal comfort level were considered. The aromatherapy was such a relaxing touch. Thank you again!
Clean and cozy studio, professional and kind staff, great products. This year I turned 49, I decided to prioritize my self-care, and added 416Skin's deep tissue, Swedish massages and signature facials to my regimen. I am so thankful that I did. I have nothing but good things to say about each practitioner who has worked on my body, face, and the products are terrific. Extremely worth it!
Extremely unprofessional service. It is now almost 1am and I'm still feeling the effects of the poor service I received. Do not book with them. They are untrained and don't know what they are doing. Lymphatic drainage can be a invasive treatment IF done incorrectly. Save your health and money. Christine is the WORST. They make up stories about their bad ratings and blame customers for their poor customer service. Please save yourself the trouble. Had the BEST 1-hour massage with Gerwin at 416 Skin Aesthetics & Academy! He was so kind and made me feel super comfortable right away. Gerwin really took the time to listen to my pain points and focused on exactly what I needed. I left feeling so relaxed and cared for. Such a lovely human, can’t wait to come back!
