Great place . Stay to self and it's good
The landlord is very understanding if you make sure to pay rent on time and do not constantly cause issues. He will work with you when you need help. Yes, the trailers are older, but reasonably priced in this economy. Any issues you may have, he will do his best to have maintenance or himself out to take a look and repair. We keep to ourselves, pay rent, and have had a good year here so far. Again, trailers are older so they will come with issues here and there
