Used to work for ken. Ripped me off. Coke head! Cuts corners. Sorry. In response to me being let go, I quit cause you didn't pay me my whole check. I was not the only person he has done this to.
Bad experience. Lincoln installed our Toto toilet a month or two ago ago which they were contracted for by Lowes-San Bruno (which themselves used a wholesaler, Wallace who shipped TWO previous toilets each of which arrived broken in pieces. . Nice guy BUT didn’t tighten the bolts enough and it rocked sideways. He came back promptly in a day, even on Sunday; it stopped. I thought “OK”, we all make mistakes BUT now we discover leaking because my long time plumber found it needed shins. BAD experience!
