I was a patient here. After treatment began, the in-person arrangement I had agreed to was changed, and I was told I would need to switch formats or start over with another provider. I also ran into problems accessing the portal for my documents and billing after I raised concerns. What stood out most was the lack of respect shown once concerns were raised. I started therapy with 413 Theraworks after they proposed Monday in-person sessions that matched my schedule. I rearranged my work to make it possible and was clear that in-person care was essential to me. After only two sessions, I was suddenly told my therapist would no longer be available for in-person appointments—and that this change was made at the practice’s request.
