Ok so I need a new trailer because mine is beyond repair and will be falling apart very soon. I called my buddy Chris at 411Marine on Monday afternoon who is 3.5 hours away. I purchased an item from 411 Marine on their eBay store. Several days later Chris contacted me and demanded I pay another $100 for shipping (outside of ebay) on the $400 product as they had miscalculated the cost to ship the item. An eBay representative said 411 Marine must honor the sale and ship the item. 411 Marine proceeded to cancel the order in violation of eBays terms and conditions and my explicit instructions. He had the best prices and was patient in answering all my questions and help me decide what trailer would be best for my boat.
