Literally didn’t even get the help I thought I was going to get, always hearing the commercials about how helpful they can and will be. I was contacted once by them at the very beginning of my situation at the time but after that I didn’t hear a word. Then they went as far as sending a letter to me saying they denied my service saying they weren’t able to help get me through what I needed help with. Whenever I did call and get the chance to talk to someone they were either at “lunch” or “not in the office”
