RecommendedGreat shop. Honest work. From some of the other reviews, seems some people fully understood their recommendations or instructions then blame them when something wrong. For example if you choose to install a used transmission vs rebuilt, they cannot force the provider of the used transmission to warranty it. Always ask questions if you do not understand or did not hear something.
Good people here! This is the only shop that my vehicles go too! They will take care of you!
Took my vehicle to 411 Auto Repair to have it repaired. They told me they replaced 2 spark plugs but it didn’t run any better so there was something internally wrong with the motor and they didn’t want to deal with it. So now after wasting 50 dollars to have them tell me something I already knew I’m going to have to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. I would not suggest taking any type vehicle to this shop to have it fixed.

DO NOT LET PHILLIP THE GUY WITH ROTTEN TEETH WORK ON YR CAR!! I HAD STRUTS PUT ON HE DID NOT ALIGN THE FRONT END AND COST ME 2 NEW TIRES ...YOU WOULD THINK A REAL MECHANIC WOULD KNOW TO DO THAT!!! THE OWNER REFUSED TO REIMBURSE OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT HIS POOR PERFORMANCE!!!!
This is a Awesome little shop. The people that work there are very nice. Always on top of getting the lowest prices. And i love that.
My friend had his transmission replaced and within weeks it went out......he ask them several times to make it right they refused. They got his money and don't care about anything else. I DO NOT recommend them!
It's a shithole poor service poor quality rotten teeth low life basterds
No so great, front desk person is rude, the A/C repair they did lasted only for 8 months. Stay away for this place if you want good repair work.
