Had them remove a rare discontinued windshield. As soon as they touched the windshield, they cracked it. They worked too quickly and didn't take care when doing the work. After they left, I saw them pulled over on the highway, one of their other windshields came loose on the highway and almost flew off the back of their truck. Lack of attention and care.

Hit by a rock, call Brock! I was heading to Vegas when I was hit by a rock and then noticed a crack on the windshield of my rental. Fearing further damage, I called around to see if anyone could help me repair this chip. At 4:30pm, ONLY Brock was willing to help me! He asked me to send some picture to give me a quote. After sending picture of the damage, he informed me that I may have been hit by a rock but not there because the damage had already been filled by resin and that the repair was failing.
