Tried to get my coolant issue fixed, they had me pick up the car 2 days early, then they closed the shop completely and shut the phone lines off for weeks. I went by the shop three times looking to speak to someone, called multiple times a day, got no response for over 2 weeks. Most unprofessional business i’ve ever dealt with, lost 900 dollars because they cannot communicate correctly.

They are amazing people I went in anxious didn’t know what was the cause of my car over heating I was with my 3 children no family to help me get back home worried about not having the funds to fix my car Vanessa kept telling me not to worry or stress they will help me get home and make sure my car as up in running, I didn’t have transportation to get home and they provided me with transportation for my children and I and made sure we were safe home.
