Provided overall care and staff was friendly. Decided to switch offices due to location and insurance change. One take away was being sold lip Botox during one of my visits. That seems a little too forward when I had not mentioned anything about Botox or my lips prior. Focus should be on health of teeth and mouth I feel and not on suggesting cosmetic Botox to a patients.
Dr Belling is always professional! Explains procedure, always asks how you are doing during the procedure. No pain. Excellent outcome. Assistant, Kristina was friendly, and kind, and professional.
Went for my 6 month cleaning and check-up. My insurance had changed and despite the representative at the company stating I was eligible and had dental benefits, Robin was rude, snappish, and had a horrible attitude when called out that perhaps it was their system. She was training someone who was still new and stated it was “not her job” to call my insurance company and determine the eligibility I knew I had. Extremely personable and professional staff!
The staff was friendly and efficient. The office was super comfortable and I felt like I’ve been going my whole life but it was my first time! I appreciated getting a cleaning right after the X-ray, and follow up appointments booked ASAP!
