I took my car in to have the brakes repaired, but the mechanic JOE failed to get the job done properly. Despite keeping my car for several days, the issue was never resolved. On top of that, the mechanic was extremely disrespectful and was using bad language throughout the process, showing no concern for my time or safety. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and professional service. Hes just POOR with POOR SERVICE.
Very disappointed with the service. I left my car with this mechanic for several days, and it was still not fixed. Communication was poor, and there seemed to be no urgency or clear plan. I expected more professionalism. Would not recommend based on this experience. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
