I honestly don't go as often as I should to get my hair clipped down and my beard tidied up; however, I ALWAYS look and feel my best when I see the difference it's made. Crystal always takes the time to do a terrific job as does her coworker, Shanna I think. Brought my son and had to wait for 4 HOURS!! Worker said there a couple of people in front of you but more and more people came in and they took them first. Found out they don't take appts but if they know you , you are put in the chair quick!. Really crappy service and not a care given if you ask or speak up!. EVERYONE we know will find out to stay away. If you want to go in be ready and pack a lunch cause you don't know if you are goingbto waste your day away for nothing! I do not recommend going here one of my worst experiences ever I went in for a very simple facial trim and it took a whole hour just to find out that I was getting charged $50 and then I asked why so much, so they brought it down to $40 and still was too much, and I asked why was it still so high so they finally brought it down to $16 which in my opinion is still not worth it for the miserable service they did, I came out with a couple spots still left untrimmed, 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
