It was my first time ordering flowers from the phone and they were no help at all to someone who has no idea how bouquet's work. I had no idea about the number of flowers I wanted and I wanted their expertise. The bouquet I got was not great because I basically had to make it myself. I'm sure you can make a good one if you knew exactly what you wanted. I made it two stars instead of one because the delivery was prompt and driver was nice.
