Ordered fruit basket. Delivered and just what I ordered. Live in NY so nice to have what I ordered was what they received.
It was my first time ordering flowers from the phone and they were no help at all to someone who has no idea how bouquet's work. I had no idea about the number of flowers I wanted and I wanted their expertise. The bouquet I got was not great because I basically had to make it myself. I'm sure you can make a good one if you knew exactly what you wanted. I made it two stars instead of one because the delivery was prompt and driver was nice.
Rosemarie was very patient, caring, and helped with making beautiful arrangements for my dad's celebration of life. He would've loved how beautiful and fragrant they were. Thank you so much!
