Great highway to drive on, too bad it's so expensive
Incompetent!! I Thave been trying for 6 months to have invoices mailed to my address. I moved over a year ago and changed address before I moved. I have not been able to get invoices mailed to my new address! I have confirmed several times that they have correct address! I have been assured several times that everything is correct at there end but still don't get my bill!?!? I receive promotional mail with my name at this address!! I don't want to have email invoice!! Seems Incompetent to me!!!
I have toll tags with six different agencies across North America because, unfortunately, they still cannot all communicate with each other. The 407 ETR is by far the worst experience I have had. The customer service experience was frustrating from the beginning. Even setting up an account online was unnecessarily difficult, and something as simple as ensuring that you add a space at the end when entering your license plate—and doing the same for the vehicle registration field—was not clearly explained.
