Went to them instead of someone in great falls because everyone was booked out. I went in with tooth pain and was just off antibiotics. And was still experiencing pain due to things being lodged into it. They got me in fast which I appreciate but they wanted me to get a root canal. (I have medicaid) so the closest place to get it done was Missoula. Which is a 5 to 6 hr drive for me. I broke a tooth I had dental work, needed a crown. Work was performed in November and December 7, 2024. I paid half in November, balance when cap was finished. To my surprise my insurance paid more than we expected, per the EOB prior to my 2nd visit when I paid the balance. Dentist office had the final payment before work was completed. I paid again...over $700. Called and requested refund about 5 weeks ago. Only the Dentist, owner can refund. Won't return my calls or cut a check. This has happened before with another dentis... read more
