I hired these guys to reside my house, change out my windows, and add a new window back in August '22. What should have been a one month job at the most took them 6 months and they never finished the job and stopped showing up. When I tried contacting them via phone call or text messages they didn't reply back. So now I have to hire another person to finish the job they started and to fix areas they they didn't do right. I called and scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate for some drywall work I need done for my basement remodel. My appointment was changed to the next day and nobody arrived to give the estimate. I find it very unprofessional to schedule an appointment with a customer and not show up. I am extremely disappointed in 406 MT Contractors and I will not use them in the future.
The owner communicated about the project and finished within the timeframe set forth. I am using him again for some outdoor stair railings!
Kenneth was very professional, prompt and did a great job. I highly recommend 406 Contractors.
