We’re very happy with our home. The house itself turned out to be exactly what we were hoping for. We especially appreciate the craftsmanship and the way the home takes full advantage of the lake views. We had a great experience with the team involved in the build. Everyone we worked with on-site was professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work—including the excavation crew, who did an excellent job preparing the property.
I’ve developed five luxury spec homes with Cory and the team at 406 Builders, totaling more than 30,000 square feet of construction. The clientele to whom I sell these homes have exacting expectations when it comes to quality, craftsmanship, and finish. Fantastic communicator and a wonderful guy! Worked with Cory recently on a home in Whitefish and while schedules can be challenging in the Flathead Valley he landed the project, delivered on all his committments and made the project enjoyable and positive. Highly reccomend Cory and his team!
