The 405 Toll Roads customer service team was super helpful and friendly. I made a small mistake with my license plate, and they fixed it right away. They made everything easy and were really nice the whole time. Thanks for the great service!

Like others have mentioned how is it that they are able to take two additional lanes of freeway, that we the taxpayers pay for and then charge us to use said lanes to make more money?

Same experience as everyone else. Get a notice in the mail, you go ahead and attempt to pay it, payment gets reversed and now you're on the hook for a late payment. How in the hell is this legal?

I cancelled my subscription with 405 express. I was paying too much for toll road and the minute my account went below $35 they charged my credit card $30. I felt they were just taking my money. Too many charges and don’t even know why? Called The Tollroads they are way better. They only charge my credit card every time I use the toll road, not when my account goes below $35. Also the transponder is $11 one time fee and I paid $100 with 405 express. What a ripoff. Stay away from this business.
