Never received a notice of payment. The first thing I received was a letter demanding a $55 toll violation. There was no prior notification or opportunity to pay the original toll. This is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. Their process for notifying drivers is unacceptable

I was compelled to write after multiple calls and support tickets. I can easily get my money for false charges from small claims court but I wont do that for 45 dollars. Their system messed up my two vehicles and combined them to one (desc/ license plate), resulting in wrong charges. I received a violation notice and immediately tried to pay it. When I called 405 Express Lanes, they refused to take my payment and told me to pay through The Toll Roads instead. After doing that, I called back to make sure the violation was cleared, and I was told not to pay because it would be resolved. That never happened. The violation kept increasing while they continued to refuse my payment. I ended up paying $112.40 in violation fees alone, not including the toll.
