They scam people out of money. They have a carpool lane that switches to the toll lane for only approximately 14 miles then goes back to carpool. It seems as it is set up as a money trap to get people that move over just to late. Worst company who will not understand how carpool lanes work and people may move over slightly late but still charge them way over what the fee would be.
