Customer service is non existent, rude and non informative. Its like talking to a freaking wall.
What is going on with these charges? I called to ask for a breakdown. They couldn’t give it to me. I asked for a Supervisor. They said unfortunately there’s no one on the floor. They said I can come in and check to see why im being charged $135 a month. This is a scam. They charge you based off Their BS algorithm and there’s no way to confirm. Making a record trail.
So far my experiences with this customer service function over the past two years have been nothing but positive. Very quick to reply, responding to my questions above and beyond, very helpful and solving whatever issues I have had.
Terrible service.
