I would rate lower if I could. Charged 25 dollars for express lane violation plus additional fee toll violation. I’m not from the area google maps guided me there. This is robbing citizens of money.

I received a toll violation bill even though the HOV signs said 3+ and we had 4 in the car. Poor signage poor customer service

A public entity using extortion: for a violation worth of $1.1 they add $25 violation fee; the cost of printing and sending the violation letter is probably no more than $2. And they are allowed to enforce it as a civil penalty.

"Please note that in order for us to initiate the dispute on your behalf, we must receive one of the following documents: A Release of Liability A Bill of Sale A Title Transfer document issued by the DMV" I did not ride the toll roads. Someone I sold a vehicle did. As is required in CA, I sent off the release of liability. I do not have a bill of sale because I am not the buyer and the title was issued to the buyer.
