I had a great experience with Jenny Triệu and her manager, Matthew. They both were very helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the right cabinets and stones for my kitchen remodeling. Their cabinets are high-quality and beautiful. I’m happy with their customer service and the quality of their products.
I purchased kitchen cabinets and countertops from 405 less than a month ago and also hired them to handle the installation of both. Pros: • The designer, Annalie, was patient and helpful throughout the planning process. • The countertop installer, Juan, did exceptional work—his craftsmanship is truly top-notch. Cons: • The cabinets were installed on Monday, 6/23/2025. Unfortunately, a piece of wood on the right side of the oven opening is cracked. I have been installing kitchens and vanity’s designed by this company for years. I refer all my customers. Dovetailed drawers, real plywood construction and a very very strong finished paint. I pick up the flat packs, build the boxes and install everything. Everything is packaged so well. I’ve had VERY FEW defects or damage. Maybe 5 things across 8-10years of installing about 300 cabinets a year. No questions asked exchange on the damaged goods.
