I had the most awful experience with this car dealer. I bought a used car from them and paid cash in full. I never received the title from the dealer within the 90 day period as required by California vehicle code. I have been in constant contact with the dealership which has done nothing but give me the run around and make false promises that they will deliver the title which they still have not done.
