I had a fantastic stay at Maverick Suites in the South End! The location truly couldn’t have been better, everything you could possibly need was right at your doorstep. There were great restaurants just across the street, and it was only a short walk to Tremont Street, Back Bay, and the Prudential Center. The unit itself was spotless and very well maintained. Code didn't work to get in. Didn't work for the second person that arrived either. We both called several numbers, left messages, emails, and no response until an hour later. Luckily the third person that came by had a code that worked. Speaking with the other guests, this was a common problem amongst them. If they aren't going to have staff immediately available, they need to give out codes that work to everyone. Heat in apartment didn't work. Very little blankets were provided to stay warm. This stay exceeded my expectations! The apartment was easy to locate and I felt very safe. The Prudential Center (& Green line) as well as the Orange line were both under a 10 min walk. The staff at Maverick have been extremely helpful from before I even booked! Anytime I have reached out, they have responded quickly and immediately answering any question I had! Thank you! I was actually at 400 Columbus Ave but may be similar. Very expensive for very small room. Pretty tired furnishings, bathroom across public corridor, stairs very unsafe. A/c too noisy to use at night. Would not go again.
