Terrible customer service- the lady literally hung up when I asked them to send me my money!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 what a scam and this was AFTER I WAS ON HOLD FOR 44 minutes. Sign up for survey so they are held accountable!
Was giving the run around on the value of account, refused to give a straight answer about anything including the value of it. Her logic hurt my head, she claimed the plan is only valued once a year but the last time was 3 years ago? I regret looking the other way when I knew my ex boss was sleeping with one of their sells reps to get our business. Now I’m paying for it.
