We used this system, and it was easy to set up. Problem came at deduction time- 401Go took extra money out. They claimed that the payroll account associated had a different bank account then the 401Go. That was not true, so the employee(s) ended up having payroll take out the deduction and then 401Go took out an additional deduction. Glad the employee(s) watch their account and this didn't go on for too long.
