Went in to get a mudflap, simple right? Walked in and about 5 people managed to completely ignore me. Not one person from the parts department acknowledge me standing right in front of them. None of them were on the phone. It took a lady in service to finish up her call, to then ask how they can help me. Then after directing me to parts, which I was standing at the entire time, that's when they want to acknowledge my presence. They lack hospitality and customer service skills.
