If you want personalized sales and service experience, go to this place. They went above and beyond to explain me the process and the options. Had a few hiccups with numbers initially but were sorted out and explained eventually and did not feel that I was unheard at any time. Do NOT buy a Mazda from here or get your car serviced. My family currently owns 5 Mazdas (we loved this company) and it was a no brainer to buy one when I had my baby. My car is still under warranty and we brought it here when the cameras stopped working. They couldn’t figure it out, had us pick up the car. The next day the engine started making noises. Called, and they said to bring it in next day. They told Mazda Canada my engine seized and that I need a whole new engine, but it’s under warranty so I wasn’t worried. I wait... read more
