We are new to the wood burning stove and the newer houses that are buttoned up tight air-wise. I called and talked to a very knowledgeable and professional about what I perceived to be a blockage in the piping; he explained the science of air flow in these newer homes and the process of getting everything working was quite easy (and free). We recently had a once-in-a-lifetime situation that brought everything to a halt. A large bird managed to fall into our chimney, and it was alive, crying for help. John is a great worker. He shows up when he says he is coming. Cleans up after he is done. He has done a lot of work for me and my friends and the company I work for.
I contacted Johnny because I had some questions about switching from a pellet stove to a wood stove in my prefab chimney. Johnny came over within a few days of the initial call and walked me through all my options. In the end he came up with a great solution for me that I will be implementing soon.
