⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. Went for a safety inspection and was convinced to spend about $800, including replacing all 4 tyres, even though my old ones were still in fair condition. Within a month, one new tyre cracked badly, and the garage refused to take any responsibility or even check properly. Later charged me again just to refit one of my old tyres. Bad behavior
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to 401 auto in Ajax. Am also not here to tell anyone that they shouldn’t go there people can make their own decisions, as I did mine and regretted it, I use their service just over 2 weeks ago to change the 2 front shocks in my car they change it an broke the sensor that controls the ABS and traction John who I assume is the head told me they broke it and they’re going to fix it, he work on it for sometime then told me he it’s fix as I was driving off the light came on I told him he told me he wou... read more
