I brought my Ram 2500 in for a simple park sensor replacement. I am very particular over my vehicles and their paint work and appearance. I have purchased 3 trucks here now, I was impressed with my first so I decided to buy my second there. The truck was supposed to have had all recalls taken care of, it hand not been done which resulted in a major failure and vehicle write off. My next truck I bought as a replacement had an engine failure at 170,000 km. I have since been dealing with another ram dealer without issue.
Amazing experience purchasing my new truck from 400 Chrysler! Karan, Colin, Caterina, and the whole team worked with me, taking the time to find a truck that checked all the boxes and fit within my budget. Big bonus having it ready with all the added accessories for the day I needed it.
