Both the service department and parts departments are as great as it can be at the dealership. The waiting area is calming and comfortable, There's also a fresh made food source if you need a bite, plenty of refreshments too.

Can’t really give a review on a buying experience. Only that I called their store and left a message for the sales person named in their listing to call me back to buy a truck they had and it’s day 3 no return call. Happy for them that business is that good.

Great experience in getting excellent service and follow up from Nicolas Barron (Nick) from 400 Chrysler. I took my Grand Cherokee for service and was in a rush for my appointment. Nick helped me with full information on what work is to be done on the vehicle and how much time it will take. He is courteous, honest and very professional with his job. Thank you, Nick!

Wow! What an an amazing customer experience! Both my service advisor Nick and the gentleman who sold me my truck, Derek Williams have helped me immensely through my warranty approved services and helped me navigate all my service department needs and suggestions. I trust this dealership with all my dodge Chrysler needs. This is the third vehicle I have bought and serviced through 400 Dodge Ram. They keep me coming back for more!

I wish to give a shout out thank you for the excellent Customer Service at the hwy 400 Innisfil location! I had to get a service looked at, with my Jeep Patriot, within 10 days. Regardless, they were backed up until Sept, they squeezed me in right way! Both Nick & Ryder were fantastic with me, took their time going over the best options, with the issues, I had with my Jeep. Their knowledge, integrity & honesty was clearly noted. I would highly recommend doing business with them & with the 400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Team!
