Purchased our '26 RAM here and It didnt go as planned at the start but 400 Chrysler made it right in the end and exceeded our expectations. Mohammed our sales rep was great the Whole way through and would give him a 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
Bad service experience. Brought my pickup truck in for brake inspection, tire rotation, oil change. Dropped off at 9am, walked back in for a status update at 2:30pm. Advisor had an attitude like I shouldn’t even be asking. Truck finally “ready” at 4:30pm; was told “it doesn’t fit on our hoist so all we could do was oil change”. I saw it up on the hoist when I checked in, and I bought the truck from this dealer who assured me they put new brakes/rotors on it before releasing to me. Bad service
Terrible place to get you car serviced. They don't care about fixing problems. They just want your money. Also they keep stuff from you. Like telling you its a 174 dollar diagnostic fee.. then charge you 174 for each light on the dash. They wanted over $1000 to fix my brake booster pump.. I got one for $300 new and install it in 5 minutes.... air suspension was leaking. I told them light came on. They cleared code, said everything good while charging 174 again for that. Buyer beware! If you have any issues after you purchase, Dodge does not follow through on the warranty requirements. We purchased a 2026 Dodge RAM brand new in Nov 2025. Within a month, we started smelling burning chemicals and the engine light came on. We took it to New Roads in Newmarket and all they did was clear the codes. Within days, the light came back on and the smell returned. We took it back to New Roads and they replaced two O2 sensors and gave it back to us. Again within days the light was on and smell back.
