I lived here for several years, overall it is quite old but reasonably well-maintained, excellent location, very affordable for the area. Pros: - The location is phenomenal, area is very quiet, right next to the lakefront parks as well as downtown, several grocery stores nearby. The Lakeshore East park is amazing. - The units are large and the views are good, on all sides of the building (especially south-facing) - The entire building gets free cable which is a cool perk.
