On May 29, 2024, I purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacific minivan from dealership 400. The salespeople at this center assured me that by law there was a full month-long warranty on all parts. BUYER BEWARE! I took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee there because it was making a howling sound. After waiting a month for parts, 3 months total...I picked my car up ($4700.00) . Still making the ORIGINAL noise.....1000 km MORE on it than when I dropped it off, the fuel tank was on EMPTY and had bird crap all over the hood. The next mechanic we took it to had it diagnosed and fixed within 1 week. BUYING A CAR IS VERY EASY HERE, TRYING TO GET IT FIXED IS A NIGHTMARE!!....BUYER BEWARE!

We did not like the service. We asked the salesman to offer us the best price and he throw the car air freshener in front of us!!! We said can you talk to the manager for the last price and he said I don’t need to talk to my manager I know what I’m doing!
