I switched to 40 West after my local Rite Aid shuttered. I wish I had done it sooner. This pharmacy is a hidden gem. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He knows me by name. He always recognizes me and knows exactly what prescriptions I have on regular rotation. They can usually refill within a few hours maximum. I have never had any issues getting my prescription, and I have never had to wait on line for an eternity. This is not a big chain pharmacy. The owner was super friendly and understanding of my situation. He helped me with my medicine and was kind-hearted throughout the whole visit. Overall great service and a pleasure to have 40 West as my pharmacy.
My initial visit was for a medication that was unavailable at the Walmart pharmacy at the time. Following a conversation with the owner, I made the decision to transfer my pharmacy services from Walmart to 40 West. The service provided was excellent and efficient.
