This mechanic shop has been servicing my vehicle for the last 10 years. Keep it up with the good service you give to customers.
Literally the worst place to take your vehicle! If I could give it 0 stars I would! My husband brought his car for inspection and it took almost 2 weeks for them to tell him they were not going to be able to complete the inspection. Due to the car sitting for almost two weeks the battery died and they wouldn’t even provide my husband with a courtesy jumpstart. This place has the worst customer service and they are very rude down, especially the owner. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your car.
Great service been going there for years. Wish prices were lower but I know they do a great job
Very rude and not hospitable, the Asian inspector needs lessons on customer service. Additionally, not very helpful in explaining anything. The only redeeming quality is they didn't try to pick my car apart so I would need unnecessary repairs.
Don't ever come here again! I left my car because I heard it would take two hours to receive the service... They told me to wait because they said they'd contact me in 2 hours or 3 hours... I ruined the whole day today. Of course, I didn't receive any services like oil change at all, so I just picked up the car and came.
