Very rude and not hospitable, the Asian inspector needs lessons on customer service. Additionally, not very helpful in explaining anything. The only redeeming quality is they didn't try to pick my car apart so I would need unnecessary repairs.
Don't ever come here again! I left my car because I heard it would take two hours to receive the service... They told me to wait because they said they'd contact me in 2 hours or 3 hours... I ruined the whole day today. Of course, I didn't receive any services like oil change at all, so I just picked up the car and came.
My car was there April, my ex mechanic messed up my car by not putting a new drive belt on, my friend took it to Mr.Tony when I picked my car up it drives like a brand new 2023 and I have a 2010 RL. I was very please. Thank you
This is the worst place for any car service. They’ll never take responsibility for their lack of professionalism and for messing something up in the car. Everything is money for people like this. All of them who work there.
Regular maintenance & other issues that seem to always come up up with cars . They have always been there for me.
