January 4, 2023. 10am. Service unbelievably rude and condescending. Ponytail desk man treated us like trash. We had money to spend. He didn’t want it. Reminded me of Pretty Woman. Don’t give them your business. ETA…much appreciated the immediate response from management. They are addressing the problem and are handling it in a very professional manner. 5 stars for that aspect.
