Would give them 0 stars if I could. 4wp Melbourne is way better than this place. Took my truck twice to rebalance after rotation and first time they added 20 oz of weights to one wheel when I returned they said the machine calibration was off. Now second time alit less weights but still shaking after 60. Was butter smooth when 4wp Melbourne balanced them. Not returning I guess I lost my money. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made suggestions, which I appreciated. The service was done on time, and within the time estimated. The job was done great. I have used 4 wheel parts on two other vehicles, and they will always be my first choice for outfitting my jeep or truck.
Bought my upper control arms from abr, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, had the patience of explaining the functions and dimensions of the product, they showed me the back of the shop and I was sold to install and balance the parts , love the way it came out better than the dealership workmanship, everything torqued and installed to specks !!! They put my jeep replacement top on. The service is amazing. I had some questions about lifting my car and possible replacement seat covers and just some other modifications and they were extremely helpful. They took the time to explain all my questions and providing some other helpful information. I highly recommend 4 Wheels Part for all your Jeep needs. Alejandro and Sam are the best. Looking forward to doing some mods for my Jeep very soon.
