RecommendedI purchased a Carli Performance 2.5 kit for my Ram. I called up 4 the truck to get a quote for install. Super professional over the phone! Set up an appointment. Dropped the truck off, they installed and aligned the same day! The tech was awesome and put all my stock parts neatly in a box and secured my tires without even having to ask. I am currently 30 minutes into my scheduled camper installation, and there is no movement whatsoever for the installation. Why make an appointment if you are simply going to ignore it. No communication from the staff at all as to why there is a delay. Understaffed?

Have done a few small jobs with 4 the truck in the past. So as I was waiting delivery of the 2018 High Country Silverado we spoke about options for a lift. Randy and Adam were very helpful at the counter and paid attention to my desires. Dropped the truck off 3 days after getting it and couldn't be happier. Rides & steers perfectly with 4-6" Cognito, fox shocks, Nitto 35's on 20" fuel, airbags & Transferflow aux tank. So I bought my 2016 Ram 2500 Diesel and was recommended to these guys for my lift I wanted to put on, the spray in bedliner, Nerf bars and wheels and tires. Still waiting on that quote almost a year later.
