This was my first time visiting this location. While the team did a decent job on the interior cleaning, I’m extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The wash completely ruined the badges on my car something that has never happened at any other car wash I’ve been to, and I’ve visited many over the years. Let me be very clear: Uzma is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. Rude, disrespectful, power-tripping, and completely unprofessional. She treats her employees like trash, talks down to them in front of customers, and acts like she’s running a boot camp instead of a car wash. It was honestly disgusting to watch. NEVER AGAIN! I've been coming here regularly for over 20 years. They generally do a decent job at a decent price, but now they're under new management. Prices have gone up by about 30%, but quality has gone WAY down. On my full wash last week, I had to clean my windshield interior myself after getting my car back, because instead of cleaning it (which it didn't actually need), they made a smeary mess of it with a dirty, linty rag.
