I received an spectacular service from petro Canada car wash specifically from Kumar!!! I went there through my colleague and they mentioned the name(Kumar) that I should take his service and he proved it by welcoming & smiling .he is very attentive, professionalism and very thoughtful. This was my first time visiting this location. While the team did a decent job on the interior cleaning, I’m extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The wash completely ruined the badges on my car something that has never happened at any other car wash I’ve been to, and I’ve visited many over the years. Let me be very clear: Uzma is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. Rude, disrespectful, power-tripping, and completely unprofessional. She treats her employees like trash, talks down to them in front of customers, and acts like she’s running a boot camp instead of a car wash. It was honestly disgusting to watch. Kumar and his team did a great job on my Mazda cx-30! They were friendly and got every last pet hair out of my car!!! I’m very happy with their service and you can’t go wrong with the price! I would definitely recommend and go back! Thank you Kumar!
