he has been practicing law since 1995 with out a license, he asked me for a load of $1,500.00 , he gave me a rubber check , for said amount as collateral... , took my $30,000 judgement /collection file., out of my home..to work it for collections. then moved ..AND LEFT ME HANGING HE gave no forwarding address , changed his phone #,..and now he is not using his true first name, ( Michel ) David Sinclair.. IM REPORTING HIM TO THE STAT BAR OF CA. he is a crook, RUN DON'T WALK AWAY , FOR THIS CROCK..!!!..
